Dosage and Administration Guidelines

For Breast Cancer Patients

Patients diagnosed with (gBRCA) muted HER2 negative breast cancer should take 1 mg tablet daily with or without food according to the prescription until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

For Prostate Cancer Patients

Patients diagnosed with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer should take 0.5 mg in combination with Enzalutamide every day with or without food until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
