Talaparib (Talazoparib) is used for the treatment of (gBRCA) mutated HER2 negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer and some certain prostate cancer in combination with other medication. It may also be used for other diseases as suggested by your doctor.

Patients diagnosed with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer should take 0.5 mg in combination with Enzalutamide every day with or without food until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
