What is Palboxen (Palbociclib)?

Palboxen (Palbociclib) is an FDA approve endocrine based chemotherapeutic drug used to treat HR-positive and EGFR-2 negative advance breast cancer. It is also used to treat human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (EFGR-2) negative metastatic breast cancer in combination with

• An aromatase inhibitor in postmenopausal women as initial endocrine based therapy; or
• Fulvestrant in women with disease progression.
