This is an FDA approved prescription medication used to treat adult patients with epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer and EGFR-2 negative breast cancer. • Advance ovarian cancer in combination with Bevacizumab 300 mg plus 15 mg/kg bevacizumab in every 3 weeks for a total 15 months includinig chemotherapy and maintainance. Patients with complete response stop treatment after two years. Otherwise patient can continue with evidence of disease.

Breast Cancer

• 300 mg Olanib tablet daily twice by mouth until disease progression or for total one year which one happens first.
