Our Mission

Onus Pharma is a specialized International Patient Support Partner based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We were founded to bridge the gap between high-cost global therapies and the affordable, high-quality medical solutions available in our region. We operate as a concierge procurement service for international patients, doctors, and clinics. We facilitate the legal sourcing and delivery of prescription-based medication strictly for personal use and treatment courses, ensuring compliance with international personal importation laws.

Our Origins

Onus Pharma began as a response to a global healthcare crisis: while life-saving treatments exist, they are often financially out of reach for many patients. We recognized that Bangladesh produces World Trade Organization (WTO) compliant generics—chemically identical to expensive branded drugs—yet international patients had no way to access them.

We established Onus Pharma to create a safe, transparent pathway for individuals to obtain these medicines. By leveraging the “Personal Importation” allowance found in most countries’ customs regulations, we help patients secure their necessary course of medication directly from authorized sources in Bangladesh.

Today, we serve as a trusted partner to oncologists and families worldwide, proving that quality healthcare has no borders.

To ensure absolute safety, we procure medication only upon receiving a patient’s order. We source directly from the authorized distribution centers of top-tier manufacturers like Everest, Beacon, Incepta, Drug International, and General Pharmaceuticals. This “Just-in-Time” model ensures you receive the freshest stock with the longest shelf life, eliminating the risk of counterfeit or expired products.

Medical-Grade Logistics

We understand that oncology medications are delicate.

• Cold Chain: For temperature-sensitive biologics, we utilize PCM (Phase Change Material) cooling technology and validated isolation boxes to maintain 2°C–8°C stability during transit.
• Secure Delivery: We partner with specialized international couriers to ensure your medication is delivered directly to your home or clinic with full tracking visibility.
